Transforming mass shoe production by combining 3D Technology with traditional hand-craftsmanship. 100% fit 100% your style.

We are a B2B Startup that offers innovative solutions and products to startups, SME’s and large shoe producers. This ONE TIME we want to offer our products to END CONSUMERS. Step into innovation,  join our campaign and help us scale up!

We aim to work with entrepreneurs and SMEs who are looking to expand their shoe line and large producers that want to digitize and automatize their processes. Our solutions and products range from measuring shoes to delivering the final shoe.

Business Model

We recently finished developing our business model, which has taken over 4 years. The task of assembling a shoe supply chian is complex, with a range of tasks from material procurement, production scheduling to  operational development.

Our process beginnings with a 3D scanner, second digital editing, and third last production. After creating the last we send it to our production site to construct the shoe.

The 3D scanner we use has an optical laser scanning system. The scanner comes equipped with 4 lasers and 8 cameras that reconstruct a 3D model of your foot.

After Putting your Feet in the Scanner

We scan the whole foot including the sole using an anatomical landmark point system. The process takes less then 2 minutes.

The Last ID Contains your Precise Foot Measurements

Get scanned once and keep your last ID for life. The next time you need to purchase new shoes all you need to do is choose the style.

Printing the Last

We produce our lasts in house using 3D printers. We are also able to print individualized insoles and shoe trees. The know-how in this technology gives us endless possibilities in developing products around the foot.

We have the possibility of using the last multiple times or recycling it back into our system for reuse.

Transparency is Key to Sustainability

We control our entire supply chain thus we are able to be fully transparent. We purchase our outer leather from Italy, inner leather from Germany and laces and other accessories in France. We produce our shoes in Hungary and Portugal. Both countries are known for their shoe craftsmanship in traditional methods.

Quality Assurance

Through our fitting system we guarantee a 100% fit shoe. Our Shoemaker puts every pair of shoes through a thorough inspection process after production.

Why Invest in Individualized Shoes?

Your feet carry the entire weight of your body day in and day out. Many of us don’t think of this or the long term negative effects. We underestimate the importance of wearing a proper fit shoe until it’s too late and the damage has been done.
