On cults3d.com I also uploaded the shoe tree with a voronoi pattern so the shoe can air.
There is also the original shape of the wooden shoe tree if you want to make your own pattern/mechanical design.

In Dutch a shoe tree is called a 'schoenspanner': shoe tensioner. Makes more sense right?
