Merino Runners are the latest innovation from GIESSWEIN, based in the Austrian Alps between Salzburg and Innsbruck. They are made of a Merino Wool 3D Stretch – an unique fabric invented by GIESSWEIN – and a lightweight EVA Sole. The changeable footbed is bio based and extra soft. Whether you use the Merino Runners for Work, Travel, Shopping or your daily outdoor adventures – we guarantee a stylish no-sweat feeling all day long and an extra comfortable and lightweight experience.

The collection of our wool is cruelty free (e.g. mulesing) and we take care of the animals by applying strict standards for our merino yarn suppliers.

 

 

Our changeable footbed is made from an organic eco ortholite® formulation which includes natural, plant-based castor bean oil – that makes the footbed really soft and comfortable. In addition, the footbed is a renewable resource which reduces the shoe‘s ecological footprint. 

 

EVA is the lightest material we could find on our beautiful planet. Extra soft, smooth and a cushioning effect – that makes our soles strongly unique and very comfortable for city trips!

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SIZE: Measure STRAIGHT from the first point of your biggest toe to the last point of your heel (for example: 26cm). After that, add 1,5cm (26 + 1,5 = 27,5cm). So, the right size for your order is 27,5cm. That means: Women US 9 / UK 7,5 / EU 41 / CM 27,5. MEN US 8,5 / UK 7,5 / EU 41 / CM 27,5. Sizes and colors will be requested in a survey sent after the campaign.

Because our margins are really tight you have to manage the returning costs by your own. We will provide an easy returns-solution in your country (home-pickup and/or postal deposit) for you. The Returns for EU-Members are always free of charge.
