Metal detector shoes work by transmitting an electromagnetic field from the search coil into the ground. Any metal objects within the electromagnetic field will become energized and retransmit an electromagnetic field of their own. The detector’s search coil receives the retransmitted field and alerts the user by producing a target response.

Wireless connecting distance is up to 10 meters. Fast Finder has waterproof design and equipped with a LiFePo4 rechargeable battery. Coin search depth – 20 cm.
This model is equipped with a LiFePo4 battery, a full charge lasts for 22 hours of Treasure Hunting. Battery indicator on the shoe will let you know when you should charge it.
Sand’s Worker is the second model of Treasure Hunter Metal Detector Shoes. This model has BLE connection to your mobile phone, smart watch and headphones. Wireless connecting distance is up to 10 meters. Sand’s Worker has waterproof design and equipped with a LiFePo4 rechargeable battery. Coin search depth – 30 cm.

Brain of metal detecting hardware in Sand’s Worker & Mountain Walker is an ESP32 module. ESP32 is a low-power system on a chip microcontrollers with integrated Wi-Fi and dual-mode Bluetooth. The ESP32 employs a dual-core microprocessor. ESP32 is created and developed by Espressif Systems, a Shanghai-based Chinese company. This little assistant does all the calculations and transfers the data via Bluetooth Low Energy technology (BLE) to the phone device.
With all the efforts we have developed a metal detector PCB to assemble with ESP32 module. We spent hours in developing and selecting the right components for PCB.
After great work done, we are able to create a truly unique device and now it is ready to serve all treasure hunters in our Metal Detector Shoes.
Our main goal is to assemble the most reliable PCB, mount the correct components and reduce the size to fit into the sole of the shoe. And we proud to archive!
In such a specific device as Metal Detector Shoes, reliability and safety are essential. We have selected the most reliable and safe batteries available at the moment - LiFePO4. These batteries are very reliable and have a long service life of 2,000-12,000 charge / discharge cycles.
LiFePO4 (also known as Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries are a huge improvement over lead acid in weight, capacity and shelf life. The LiFePO4 batteries are the safest type of Lithium batteries as they will not overheat, and even if punctured they will not catch on fire. The cathode material in LiFePO4 batteries is not hazardous, and so poses no negative health hazards or environmental hazards. Due to the oxygen being bonded tightly to the molecule, there is no danger of the battery erupting into flames like there is with Lithium-Ion. The chemistry is so stable that LiFePO4 batteries will accept a charge from a lead-acid configured battery charger. LiFePO4 life expectancy is approximately 5-7 years.
Lithium-Ion batteries and Lithium Polymer batteries are the most energy dense of the Lithium batteries, but they are lacking in safety. The most common type of Lithium-Ion is LiCoO2, or Lithium Cobalt Oxide. In this chemistry, the oxygen is not strongly bonded to the cobalt, so when the battery heats up, such as in rapid charging or discharging, or just heavy use, the battery can catch fire. To help counteract this problem, devices that use Lithium-Ion and Lithium Polymer batteries are required to have extremely sensitive and often expensive electronics to monitor them. While Lithium Ion batteries have an intrinsically high energy density, after one year of use the capacity of the Lithium Ion will have fallen so much that the LiFePO4 will have the same energy density, and after two years LiFePO4 will have significantly greater energy density. Another disadvantage of these types is that Cobalt can be hazardous, raising both health concerns and environmental disposal costs. The projected life of a Lithium-Ion battery is approximately 3 years from production.
Based on the research data, we decided to use the safe LiFePO4 rechargeable batteries.

Mountain Walker has equipped with a LiFePo4 batteries in charge case. Battery packaged inside a pouch that is attached to the outer upper body of the shoe so give user opportunity not only charge battery but also replace the batteries for faster back to Treasure Hunting.
All Treasure Hunter Metal Detector Shoes models has Bluetooth connection functionality. The Fast Finder model has Bluetooth 5.0 module to send audio sounds of detected items to your headphones. Sand's Worker & Mountain Walker have BLE 5.0 as using ESP32 in hardware to send data to mobile device.
The use of bluetooth technology in the treasure hunting opens up new opportunities, and with the Metal Detector Shoes we were able to make a product of high technological quality that allows the user to make daily activities and at the same time search for the treasures!
Sand's Worker and Mountain Walker models work with the Metal Detecting Shoes mobile application, available for iOS and Android. The microcomputer of the metal detector communicates via BLE with the mobile application and transmits all values and signals for detecting metal objects, the mobile application analyses the received data and display it on the screen. You can easily connect bluetooth headphones and smart watches to your phone and track signals coming from sensitive detectors of shoes. There is no need to hold the phone in your hands - the application works in the background mode, so you can simply close the application and hide the phone and you will still receive signals through your smartwatch or bluetooth headphones.
We have developed the most convenient and intuitive application, there are no complicated settings in it - all settings of the coil and search modes are automatic and do not require any special actions from the user. We are constantly working on app improvement and looking forward to receive comments and wishes from our fellow Treasure Hunters.
One of the obligatory features of our shoes is water resistance. This is especially important for beach treasure searches where you can get in the water at any time.
